Throughout this week we will be looking at various exercises such as one to one sittings, circle work and platform work. Through different techniques and exercises we will look at how we can bring about an even closer and stronger link with the spirit world and how through that link achieve an even greater quality of factual information and evidence, thus "Raising the Standards" of your own individual mediumship.
