The Artist & The Spirit Artist

All Art including Spirit inspired art is based in nature. When an artist paints an altered state is attained allowing inspiration from within or from the spirit realms. It has always been so from the first footprints in sand or hand marks impressed on rocks or walls.

The most important thing to remember is that the spirit within as well as the energies from the spirit realms use the latent talents that already lie within your nature just awaiting the awakening, be it painting, writing, music, poetry or drama. All you need is patience and trust, trusting yourself and trust in those spirit friends who wish to guide you.

This course is not designed to teach you to paint portraits or landscapes, that is up to you and your responsibility to learn the drawing and artistic skill which will develop in time. Within this course of searching for the artist within, your Mediumship will also be developed, your sensitivity and inspiration. Along with becoming aware of the energies of the Spirit World you will be encouraged to sometimes step into areas that are unfamiliar to you. This is where you learn the greatest lessons, remember you cannot leave it to the spirit world alone it is team work and you play an important part.

This course will also cover the platform presentation of Spirit Art, as this is a very important role you have to play, as the shop window of Spiritualism is where you will gain respect for your quality of work as you show respect for the Spirit World. There will be opportunity to experience the use of overhead projectors, videos and laptops depending on availability, flip chart work will also be used within the sessions to enable you to experience drawing and working with colour and symbolism this may be in the form of aura-graphs.

Drawing is very important if you intend to bring forward a likeness of a spirit personality. There will be times when you will be giving a reading one to one or to the whole group. This course is not about who is better than anyone else but a time for sharing giving encouragement to each other.

As a seeker of truth this is a wonderful pathway to be or enjoy the journey remembering practice and more practice which will bring you more joy than you have ever known.

A book by Alan Stuttle ‘The Spirit Artist’ is available and may help to guide the students on this course.
