A Festival of Light

This special week is a celebration of the year we have travelled, the progress we have made and the light we have created. As the year draws swiftly to an end not only do we feel the excitement of Christmas, the love of family and friends both seen and unseen, we also begin to think about the words Peace on Earth and Goodwill to all Men. Indeed, it is a time of generosity, we exchange gifts, we spend quality time with those we love and make many more memories that will last into eternity.

It is also a perfect time to give the same attention to our own Spirit, to celebrate the progress that has been made towards our spiritual goals, to acknowledge the help and guidance that we have received from the team of enlightened Souls who choose to work with us upon the Earthly voyage.

We want to make for you a beautiful atmosphere of Peace and Harmony, a place to pamper your growing spirit and ignite the flame of divine power that resides within each one of us. We have all given so much to our spiritual gifts to be the best we can be as ambassadors of spirit throughout the course of this year, now it is time to immerse our Soul in the light of the spirit.

Why not end this year with a positive intention for the year ahead, lets dedicate this week to the light and power of the Spirit within us, giving thanks to the world of Spirit for the help and guidance we receive, and celebrating the light of the Soul upon its eternal journey.

We will also now be having a visit from Samudraghosha at the Hertford Buddhist centre ordained into Triratna Buddhist Order, to speak with us on Meditation, Mindfulness and Inner Peace.
